“I grew up on a small farm in Whatcom County and was raised on raw whole milk and home grown beef. I’m what you might call a local.

This is the second beef I’ve purchased from Jason and Devi and it’s some of the best grass fed beef I’ve eaten. I asked them to keep me on their list because I will be getting more next year. I think repeat business is the best advertising.

The beef is mild tasting and tender. This year the meat was cut in Mt. Vernon by Andal’s Custom Meats. The ground beef is lean, the way I like it. I made some taco meat and there was no fat to drain. The steaks were trimmed nicely with just enough fat to enhance the flavor which is very mild and not gamey. This is due, in my experience as a farm boy from Ferndale, to well kept and cared for animals. 

I would recommend getting beef from them to anyone, if you can get on the list.”
