Ordering Details

We will consider your beef order ‘secured’ once a deposit has been received.

We are sold out for 2024. Please check back soon!

ORDER/DEPOSIT

  • Call or email to place an order.

  • Beef is sold direct to our customers by the whole, half and quarter.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your order. The total deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

Common beef steaks include beef tenderloin, sirloin steak, T-bone steak, flank steak, and rib eye steak.

PRICING/PROCESSING FEES

  • We charge $4.00 per pound hanging weight. The hanging weight is the weight prior to cutting, deboning and trimming. Our target hanging weight is between 650 and 750 pounds.

  • Cut-and-wrap and butcher fees are additional and are paid directly to the butcher at the time you pick up your order.

    • Cut-and-wrap fees are $1.00 per pound hanging weight, but may vary.

    • Butcher fees range from $25 - $125 depending on order size.

PICK UP YOUR BEEF

  • Once our cattle have reached the appropriate weight, we fill our customer’s orders in the order they were received. We will keep in touch with you about timing as we progress. We process 1 - 2 times each year, so make your order today!

  • All orders can be picked up from our processing partner in Everson, Washington. Your order will be frozen for pick up and you will be notified when your order is ready.

PAYMENT

  • Final payment to Rolling Acres Farm is due before your order can be picked up from the butcher. We will issue an invoice once we have the hanging weight for your order from the butcher. We accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo payments at this time.
